We offer a variety of leasing services at Alton, including mail boxes, designated/undesignated seating, private office and team offices. Our team of experts can help you choose the right leasing option for your business needs.
Private and Team Offices
We have a variety of office sizes to meet your growing needs. We also sell a cluster of offices with dedicated zones. Our meeting room ranges from 4 seat to 30 seats* with state-of-the-art teleconference equipment.
*extra charge (min booking is 4 hours / half day).
Our Amenities
Parking available based on your terms. Visitor (hourly) parking is connected to our office building. Public transportation (terminal), food court, post office and drug store are at the bottom of our building complex. Bike store & shower also available on site.
Privacy is paramount
We select above the industry standard material and design to uphold any noise transfer between our offices.
